The Workspace is a unique coworking and office space in the heart of Coalville. We offer private offices, dedicated desks, or a flexible 'hot' desking service for hire, with flexible offers depending on your needs.
We also have a pair of meeting rooms available, suitable for interviews, workplace training and more.
We are based in the centre of Coalville, which boasts a number of local cafes within walking distance, a post office, nearby banks, and is on multiple bus routes. Limited parking spaces are also available on site with priority given to workspace users.
We know how hard working from home can be, and how a flexible solution is needed. Book hours and days according to your schedule, or just drop in for the day with our hotdesking service. Looking for something more permanent? Try a personal desk, or private office.
As part of the Community Benefit Society, Coalville CAN, you can rest easy knowing all our profits are either reinvested into the space, or the local community.
Pricing
Private Offices
Offices start at £320 per month.
As part of an office membership you will have 24/7 access to the room and our facilities.
Hotdesking
Our hotdesking service has varying rates depending on your needs.
1 day a week: £65/month
3 days a week: £156/month
5 days a week: £170/month
The hotdesking service is available 9am to 5pm on all weekdays.
Private Desks
Meeting Rooms
Dedicated personal desks are available starting at £170 a month, for your own personal space including a registered address.
The space will be open to use from 9am to 5pm on all weekdays.
Our boardroom is available for hire on an hourly or daily basis. The space is available for £50 for a half day or £100 for the full day.
The room includes a large screen for presentations, and seating for up to 20 people.
